By accessing this website (devlayerpoint.click), enrolling in masterclasses, booking private chart clinics, or engaging any educational services provided by Dev Layer Point (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Australian Commonwealth and New South Wales laws.

2. Nature of Educational Services & Financial Disclaimer

All training materials, live masterclass lectures, chart reviews, diagnostic worksheets, and technical frameworks provided by Dev Layer Point and Amelia Carter are provided strictly for general educational and technical analysis training purposes.

Dev Layer Point does not provide personal financial product advice, portfolio management, or trade execution services. Technical analysis involves interpreting historical price charts and market geometry; it carries inherent risk of capital loss in live financial markets. You retain full and exclusive responsibility for all investment and trading decisions made in your personal or commercial accounts.

3. Enrolment, Attendance & Cohort Access

Enrolment in the Support & Resistance Structural Mapping Masterclass and other workshop offerings is confirmed upon receipt of tuition payment. To preserve educational quality and interactive mentor feedback, cohort numbers are strictly limited.

  • Session Recordings: Enrolled participants receive high-definition access to session recordings for 12 months following cohort completion.
  • 1-on-1 Audits: Private review sessions must be scheduled during the active 8-week cohort duration or within 30 days of cohort conclusion unless alternate arrangements are approved in writing.

4. Intellectual Property & Study Materials

All curriculum content, proprietary 4-Phase level mapping frameworks, diagnostic rubrics, slides, video recordings, and study workbooks are the exclusive intellectual property of Dev Layer Point and Amelia Carter. Enrolment grants a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to study the materials. Reproduction, redistribution, screen recording for commercial distribution, or reselling of course materials is strictly prohibited under Australian Copyright Law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), Dev Layer Point, its founder, and instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss resulting from market decisions, trading outcomes, platform outages, or reliance on educational principles taught during our masterclasses.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
