1. General Principles

At Dev Layer Point, we are committed to providing world-class technical analysis education. Because our cohorts, weekend workshops, and one-on-one sessions have strictly limited participant capacities to guarantee personalised mentor instruction from Amelia Carter, we enforce a clear, fair cancellation and refund policy.

2. 8-Week Masterclass Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

  • Cancellations 14+ Days Before Cohort Commencement: If you cancel your enrolment at least 14 days prior to the first live masterclass session, you are eligible for a full 100% refund of your tuition fee, or you may transfer your enrolment to the subsequent intake at no additional charge.
  • Cancellations 7 to 13 Days Before Commencement: Eligible for an 80% refund (a 20% administrative seat-reservation fee is retained), or a 100% credit transfer to the next available cohort.
  • Cancellations Under 7 Days or After Cohort Commences: Once the live instructional cohort begins and proprietary study workbooks and recording libraries have been issued, tuition fees are non-refundable. However, in verified cases of medical emergency or unforeseen hardship, we will transfer your seat to a future cohort upon written request.

3. 1-on-1 Chart Clinics & Diagnostic Sessions

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booked 1-on-1 Chart Clinic at no extra fee by providing at least 48 hours advance notice.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows incur a 50% cancellation charge to cover reserved mentor preparation time.
  • Completed Consultations: Once a 90-minute private diagnostic session has taken place and the customized diagnostic action plan has been delivered, the service is fully delivered and non-refundable.

4. 2-Day Weekend Workshops (Dubbo Studio & Live Broadcast)

Workshop seats in our Dubbo studio are strictly capped at 12 participants. Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the workshop date. For cancellations between 7 and 13 days prior, a 50% refund or full credit transfer is provided. Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable due to venue and catering commitments.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items are non-refundable once delivered or accessed:

  • Digital study workbooks, chart diagnostic templates, and video archives once downloaded or accessed in the student portal.
  • Individual chart review hours and private consulting sessions already completed by Amelia Carter.
  • External third-party fees (such as wire transfer or foreign exchange conversion fees assessed by your financial institution).

6. Refund Application Process & Timeframes

To submit a refund or cancellation request:

  1. Send an email to info@devlayerpoint.click with the subject line Refund Request - [Your Full Name].
  2. Include your original invoice number, enrolled programme title, and the reason for your cancellation.
  3. Our administration team will review your application within 2 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original method of payment (EFT bank transfer or card).
